We are hosting an exclusive Portfolio Development Workshop with an alumni from University of The Arts London! It will be a 2-days interactive and highly focused workshop, fully sponsored by MABECS. To ensure each student receives substantial guidance, we are opening the registration for 6 students only.

Who leads the Portfolio Development Workshop?
We are very excited to have Mahasin Norman hosting the workshop. Mahasin graduated from University of The Arts London in 2014 and has been a freelance art director since. She is experienced in project managing and coordinating designs within various industries – interior design, architecture, construction, sculptures, theming events, retail display, commercial and film.

Her latest project was REXKL Flower Market and Pop-Up Bazaar in February 2019.

What is a Portfolio?
A portfolio is a collection of your work, which shows how your skills and ideas have developed over a period of time. It demonstrates your creativity, personality, abilities and commitment, and helps colleges and universities to evaluate your potential.

Why is a Portfolio so important?
It shows your ability to work with different materials, themes and techniques, as well as how you research, develop and plan your ideas. A portfolio should be professional, yet human – it has to show who you are amongst the pages.
