We are pleased to invite you for a Genetic Engineering Information Session with Prof Christoph Ballestrem and Mr Matt Lloyd from the University of Manchester.

In this talk, Professor Christoph Ballestrem will first highlight important background knowledge about genes and different mutations, before exploring what genetic engineering is and what it can be useful for. This will include references to Christoph’s own research in his laboratory at The University of Manchester, highlighting the exciting work of biological scientists and some of the latest developments in biology and medicine.

Mr Lloyd will share on career opportunities in Life Sciences. There will also be a Q&A session at the end of the event.
